Hi, thank you for the interest in my comissions! Here are the main information about it.

✦ By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below. ✦
GENERAL ★
I won't draw:
✦ Any kind of NSFW
✦ Gore
✦ Hateful stuff
✦ Machines, heavy amor.
✦ Fire/real weapons.✦ By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.✦ Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, before to the commission.✦ The client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction.✦ Any ill or bad behavior will not be tolerated, your commission will be cancelled if it occurs. I reserve the right to decline your commission in any stances.✦ I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service.
PAYMENTS ★
✦ Payments are upfront to avoid further confusion or potential scams.✦ Paymeny will be via Paypal/Vgen✦ Payment must be done within 7 days. Otherwise the commission will be cancelled, unless client have a reason and has communicated beforehand.✦ COMMERCIAL PRICE: The fee will start 50% of the original price and will depend on the art type, variations might be 50% to 300%. I still have copyright over the art.
REVISIONS ★
✦ I start on the requested art only after I get the payment, unless agreed beforehand.✦ Work In Progress (WIP) will be given to the commissioner at sketching stage and lineart + base colour stage with watermark.✦ During sketching phase, only TWO major changes can be made (as in changing a big part of the design, it can be negotiated).✦ Once lineart + base colour stage is approved, no more major changes can be made.✦ Small changes are still allowed to be made if it refers to coloring mistakes or small details.✦ If the commission is in sketch form, WIP will only be given at the sketch stage with watermark.✦ References: I can create or work on characters based on descriptions or random images put together but it will cost extra depending on how much i have to design from zero!
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ★
✦ Completion of commissions can take up to a month or more due to: complexity, waitlist personal issues, etc. In case of any changes i will contact you soon as possible!✦ Deadlines can also be agreed on the start of commission. If no deadline is set or client needs the artwork before said deadline, a rush fee will be charged (start at 25% total price).
USE ★
You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Print the artwork for personal use.
- Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
- Use the artwork as reference for a study or another commission.
- Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
- Claim the artwork as yours.
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
- Color in my sketches or lineart.
- Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
- Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.✦ The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.✦ Commercial Use in Streaming / content / videos/ thumbnails/ etc, no rights need to be purchased.✦ Commercial Use in merchandise / ads / print / etc), you must purchase the rights from me (200%-300% of base price+add-ons).✦ Credit is still required when using the work in any form.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ★
✦ I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.✦ I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.✦ I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.✦ If you want to keep your commission private, please let me know in the forms stage.✦ Client can claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.✦ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.✦ If the client requests characters of IPs not belonging to them (e.g. fanart of existing characters), they are solely responsible for the use of commissioned work. The artist holds no responsibility for DMCA claims due to the use of copyrighted characters.
REFUNDS ★
✦ Commissions are non-refundable after payment unless the artist decides to cancel the commission.✦ Payment will be fully or partially refunded if the artist has not sent any update regarding the commission progress for a period longer than 30 days or if the artist is the only one at fault for missing a rush-order deadline. Refund must be request by the client after said situations.
